Our Classes
Power Flow
Our Power Flow yoga class is heated to 98 degrees. The class prioritizes linking breath to movement, mindfully flowing from one yoga pose to the other, often to music. This class is designed to teach and mindfulness, relieve stress and help students connect within to tap into ease and vitality. Leave class feeling refreshed as well as physically and mentally stronger. This class is for all levels, modifications are always provided.
Iron Yoga
Our Iron Yoga class is heated to 95 degrees. This music driven class provides a full body workout that tones and strengthens all muscle groups. We incorporate light weights to yoga poses, standing and floor exercises. Be ready to be challenged and refreshed with cardio and isometric movements.
Pilates Flow
Our Pilates Fusion class is heated to 93 degrees. This music driven class is mix of Mat Pilates, Barre and Iron Yoga. Be ready for a high energy workout that promotes balance, poise and core-strength. Props and small isolated exercises and larger movement exercises challenge your muscles and discipline the mind.
Restorative Yoga
Our Restorative Yoga classes are unheated and promote physical and mental relaxation and calm as you are slowly guided through a series of passive but often deep stretches. Using breath and meditative techniques to quiet the mind, Restorative Yoga will leave you feeling grounded and centered. Blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets are used to support the body. Look out on the schedule for when Restorative Yoga includes a sound bath!
Hot Flow
Our Hot Flow is our hottest class at 105 degrees. Taking poses from the traditional Hot 26 series and combing them with the flow of Power Vinyasa, this class is a full body experience that moves the spine in all directions of movement and promotes internal health through compression and release. Be prepared to sweat... a lot! This class is all level- make sure to arrive hydrated!
