Power Flow

Our Power Flow yoga class is heated to 98 degrees.  The class prioritizes linking breath to movement, mindfully flowing from one yoga pose to the other, often to music.  This class is designed to teach and mindfulness, relieve stress and help students connect within to tap into ease and vitality. Leave class feeling refreshed as well as physically and mentally stronger.  This class is for all levels, modifications are always provided.

Iron Yoga

Our Iron Yoga class is heated to 95 degrees.  This music driven class provides a full body workout that tones and strengthens all muscle groups. We incorporate light weights to yoga poses, standing and floor exercises.  Be ready to be challenged and refreshed with cardio and isometric movements.   Weights are always optional. 

Pilates

This full-body, low-impact class focuses on building core strength, stability, and flexibility through controlled movements and intentional breathwork. Expect a blend of mat-based exercises that challenge your muscles in a deep, precise way, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you move with greater awareness and power.

Ignite Flow 

A powerful fusion of heat, strength, and flow, this dynamic class blends the intensity of power yoga with the grounding postures of traditional hot yoga. Designed to build endurance, flexibility, and mental focus, Ignite Flow challenges your body with strong, intentional movements in a heated environment, allowing you to deepen your practice and detoxify from the inside out. Expect a balance of strength-building postures, deep stretches, and breathwork that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.

Yin Yoga

Slow down, soften, and surrender in this deeply restorative practice. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—through long-held, passive stretches that allow your body to open gradually. With an emphasis on mindfulness and stillness, this class provides the perfect balance to an active lifestyle, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and a sense of inner peace.
