Power Flow

Our Power Flow yoga class is heated to 98 degrees.  The class prioritizes linking breath to movement, mindfully flowing from one yoga pose to the other, often to music.  This class is designed to teach and mindfulness, relieve stress and help students connect within to tap into ease and vitality. Leave class feeling refreshed as well as physically and mentally stronger.  This class is for all levels, modifications are always provided.

Iron Yoga

Our Iron Yoga class is heated to 95 degrees.  This music driven class provides a full body workout that tones and strengthens all muscle groups. We incorporate light weights to yoga poses, standing and floor exercises.  Be ready to be challenged and refreshed with cardio and isometric movements.   Weights are always optional. 

Barre Fusion

Our Barre Fusion class is heated to 93 degrees.  This music driven class is a mix of Barre and Iron Yoga.  Be ready for a high energy workout that promotes balance, poise and core-strength.  Props, dancer’s barre, small isolated exercises and larger movement exercises challenge your muscles and discipline the mind.

Barre

Our Barre class is a perfect integration of energizing music and barre workouts.  With a dancer’s barre and props, we focus on low-impact and high intensity movements.  Small isolated movements fatigue muscles and larger movement elevate your heart rate.  This class tones muscles, promotes balance, and flexibility.
