Anh C., Owner and Founder

Anh is the visionary founder and owner of Santosha Yoga Center. Rooted in her own journey and years of training, she dreamed of a space where people feel grounded, inspired, and connected to a greater community, creating Santosha Yoga Center with the heartfelt intention of offering more than just a yoga studio. As a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level (RYT 500) with specialized training in Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, and sound bath, Anh’s passion for the yoga practice of holistic living is at the heart of Santosha Yoga Center.

Ali

Ali W., Instructor

Ali’s motivating classes are centered on flow, strength, and intentional movement. With decades of experience teaching in both classroom and private settings, she creates classes that are both challenging and accessible. Her teaching style combines the joy of movement, precise coaching, thoughtful sequencing, and a strong emphasis on muscular strength, helping students leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to themselves. She is a 50-hour Sculpt instructor and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance–certified teacher 

Ali holds a certification in personal training and has spent many years continuing her education in body mechanics and movement. She also holds a degree in nutrition.

Alice C., Instructor

 Alice Chen is a Bay Area fitness instructor with certifications in Lagree, Sculpt, Mat/Reformer Pilates, and Yoga. As a classically trained violinist, Alice brings a strong sense of rhythm, musicality, and flow to her classes, creating workouts that thoughtfully connect music and movement. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and approachable. She strives to create a space where clients can unplug, enjoy the music, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.

Gillian B., Instructor

Gillian is a dedicated Pilates Fusion, Power Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt instructor with two 200-hour certifications and over a decade of teaching experience. Her background in dance inspires her music-driven, high-energy classes that blend dynamic movement, flexibility, and strength. Her teaching centers on confidence, joy, and resilience.

Annie

Annie Z., Instructor

Annie grew up dancing competitively before discovering yoga. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2023 and is nearing the completion of her 500-hour training. Now, she teaches at studios across the Bay Area and in corporate programs at Google. Annie is trained in several modalities, including Flow Yoga, Hot 26, weighted classes, and HIIT, bringing a dynamic, creative, and strength-focused approach to every Power Flow Yoga and Iron Yoga class she teaches at Santosha Yoga Center.

Kathy

Kathy P., Instructor

Kathy is an experienced RYT 500 (E-RYT 500) who has been leading dynamic yoga classes since 2010. She founded and operated a yoga, fitness, and dance studio for nearly 11 years, gaining invaluable behind-the-scenes experience that helps us accelerate student growth now. Kathy has completed over 1,000 hours of training with world-renowned teachers. She is passionate about delivering purpose-driven yoga and fitness classes at Santosha Yoga Center that make complex workout teachings accessible, relatable, and empowering.

Linda H., Instructor

Linda discovered yoga out of a desire to build community while staying active. She quickly fell in love with both the practice and the people around her. Now, she is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with certifications in Yoga Sculpt and Strength Training. Linda is passionate about creating a welcoming space where Iron Yoga Sculpt class students at Santosha Yoga Center feel challenged, supported, and energized. Her teaching blends strength, encouragement, and playfulness.

Tammy has been practicing yoga for years and loves the peace and energy it brings to everyday life. With her 200-hour teacher training, she enjoys creating challenging and creative flows that nourish the body and mind for her Iron Yoga classes at Santosha Yoga Center. She loves building a welcoming community and guiding students to challenge themselves and grow stronger every day.

A deep love of yoga led Sienna to get her 200-hour teacher training. Now, she is grateful to share that love within the Santosha Yoga Center community. She shares what inspires her most about the practice in her classes: embodying yoga as a conscious life path and creating space for safety, connection, and unity. Her Power Flow classes invite students to explore presence and feel supported in their journey of self-discovery.

Cindy S., Instructor

Cindy has always been inspired by the support and community that yoga has offered her. After years of practicing yoga and fitness, she got her Yoga Sculpt certification and aims to create that same sense of belonging for others in her classes. At Santosha Yoga Center, Cindy is excited to hold space where students feel safe, supported, encouraged to grow, and have some fun at her Iron Yoga classes!

Jake W., Instructor

Since 2012, Jake has been teaching yoga and fitness. He currently teaches all class formats at Santosha Yoga Center. His background in professional dance training from a young age inspired his passion for music and movement. Throughout his career, he has managed multiple yoga studios and led numerous teacher trainings. As an E-RYT 500, Jake brings experience and talent to the team.

Krishil R., Instructor

Krishil is a lifelong fitness professional whose high-energy Power Flow Yoga, Iron Yoga, and Pilates Fusion classes at Santosha Yoga Center blend his love of music and rhythm to keep students moving and inspired. He is Yoga Sculpt-certified and NASM-certified in fitness training with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Known for bringing fun and connection to every class, Krishil motivates students to challenge themselves while enjoying their fitness journey.

Luanne, Instructor

Luanne discovered yoga 18 years ago as another workout—another place to strive, perfect, and perform. Her practice became something much deeper, teaching her to let go of perfection, trust herself, and return to what mattered most. An RYT 500, Luanne has been teaching since 2017. Her classes are both challenging and steady, inviting students to move with intention, build strength, and deepen their connection to themselves. She hopes each student leaves feeling stronger than they realized and reminded that yoga isn’t about perfecting a pose, it’s about learning to trust yourself.

Nina W., Instructor

Nina is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, sound bath practitioner, and breathwork facilitator committed to creating spaces of deep listening and inner connection. A devoted student of Kriya Yoga, her Restorative Yoga classes at Santosha Yoga Center weave gentle movement, breath, and sound to cultivate balance, peace, and renewal. Currently, Nina is completing her Ayurvedic Wellness Coach training to further support her holistic well-being expertise.

NJ G.

NJ G., Instructor

NJ is an E-RYT 500 who has been teaching power vinyasa yoga since 2018, with hundreds of hours coaching and leading trainings along the way. She found her way to yoga through a lifelong love of movement and strength training, and that foundation still defines how she teaches: strength-forward flows grounded in a real love of anatomy and how the body actually moves. Her additional experience as a certified Lagree instructor and Roll Model Method practitioner brings a strength- and mobility-minded sensibility to every class, with options for every body and every kind of day. Expect to laugh, and expect a playlist that moves with you: trap and hip hop instrumentals where the beat meets your breath in the harder flows, R&B and neo-soul to warm up and wind down. Her Power Flow Yoga classes at Santosha Yoga Center invite students to get strong, stay curious, and have some fun along the way.
 
Oceane M

Oceane M., Instructor

Océane has been teaching yoga for 6 years and loves the challenge, the mental clarity and the community that yoga brings her. Her goal is to combine power with purpose in each of her classes and to design each sequence with creativity, anatomy, and intention in mind. 
Paige

Paige B., Instructor

Paige has been teaching yoga and sculpt since 2016, helping students build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with over 1,000 hours of specialized training in a variety of yoga traditions and specialties. She also holds a comprehensive certifications in Pilates and Personal Training. Paige’s classes combine strength, mobility, and mindfulness to support overall health and well-being. She strives to create a welcoming environment where students of all levels feel challenged, supported, and inspired.
 

Sophia D., Instructor

Movement has been a constant throughout Sophia’s life, but after years of dance and competitive athletics, yoga offered a different kind of challenge—one rooted in presence, connection, and self-kindness. Although she was first introduced to yoga in kindergarten at her mom’s Iyengar studio in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset, it wasn’t until college that she truly fell in love with the practice. Now an RYT-500 (E-RYT 200), Sophia strives to create a safe, welcoming space where students can explore challenge, stillness, and everything in between.
 
Tiffany

Tiffany N., Instructor

Tiffany became drawn to practicing yoga as her form of moving meditation. She is passionate about creating an inclusive space for all students – teaching a variety of formats from restorative, chair yoga, yoga for seniors to power vinyasa, and yoga sculpt. She is certified in holistic health, currently a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and in progress of becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. She blends dynamic movements, strength, and intentional stillness allowing students to feel grounded, supported and empowered.

Tyler had been practicing yoga for eight years before she got her 200-hour certification. Since then, she has loved being a yoga teacher for others. Inspired by the teachers who shaped her journey, she’s excited to help build Santosha Yoga Center into a welcoming space for growth, connection, and self-discovery. Her Power Flow Yoga and Iron Yoga classes at Santosha Yoga Center encourage students to challenge themselves, release daily pressures, and leave with a renewed sense of pride in what their body and spirit can do.
